Requesting a Price When None is Shown:
Because much of our jewelry is actually custom made for you (GelinAbaci, Mokume Gane, Larry Pauling, Micky Roof Wrinkle Rings, etc.), you may not see a price listed. When you do see a price, it is most likely a finished piece selected from a collection in our store. By using our "Request Pricing Information" function, we know to contact your chosen designer(s) for an accurate estimate based on the current metal market. This is also the best way to request prices for numerous items.
You can always call us directly with an item number or name. This is the best way to order priced jewelry (finished pieces in our store), or to request modifications in a size or length. This is the best way to request prices for up to three items.

Payment Options:
The Jewelbox accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. We are unable to accept credit cards for international orders, which must be paid by certified check. Payment by certified check is acceptable for all online orders; however, your order will not be placed until your check, payable to The Jewelbox, clears our bank. Shipping & Insurance:
We encourage you to contact us directly so that we can calculate any tax, shipping and insurance charges for you. Remember that out-of-state orders are tax-free.
Returns, Exchanges and Upgrades:
The Jewelbox is unable to allow any refund, exchange, or cancellation on specially ordered, altered, or custom merchandise. We will absolutely make every possible effort to assure your satisfaction; however, once any special order is placed, it must be considered final.
Finished jewelry or other items purchased from The Jewelbox - excluding special orders/custom design - may be returned with receipt within 30 days for exchange or store credit.

Will You Be Shipping a Stone To Us?
Simply send us the stone, insured for its full value, along with a note containing:
- your name
- your daytime phone number
- your home address (and shipping address, if different)
- a copy of the stone's certification
- a statement of the stone's value (so that we may insure it properly)
- the ring style you've chosen
- the metal chosen for the ring
- the size you're ordering

Upon receipt of your stone, we will call you to make payment arrangements and confirm the particulars... we will then send your stone to your chosen designer and place the order. We will receive the finished ring, inspect it, and then send it to you.
A reminder about GelinAbaci Tension Settings: for structural reasons, GelinAbaci will not accept a stone having less than SI1 clarity for use in a tension setting...and they remain the final judge as to a stone's suitability, in any case (if the stone were found to be unsuitable for any reason, it would be returned to us...and to you...unset).
